We are looking for a skilled HR professional to manage all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and training. The role requires handling day-to-day HR operations and supporting management in building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and support performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and organize development programs.
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in HR role(s) preferred.
