to support and strengthen our HR operations.

Job Role:

Junior HR Executive (Generalist)

Location:

Bandra West, Mumbai (On-site)

Work Days:

Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Salary:

?12,000 - ?15,000/month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

As a Junior HR Executive, you'll be at the heart of our daily HR functions -- from tracking attendance to onboarding new hires, managing documentation, and supporting recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets Address employee queries, grievances, and support requests Manage HR documentation (offer letters, ID cards, relieving letters, etc.) Conduct background verifications and validate candidate documents Assist with recruitment: sourcing, scheduling, and follow-ups Oversee smooth onboarding of new employees Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities Keep HR records compliant and well-organized (digital & physical)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0-6 Months of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations Graduate in HR / BBA / MBA or relevant field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word Well-organized, proactive, approachable, and people-friendly
