1. Recruitment & Selection
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters
Assist in onboarding new employees
2. Employee Onboarding & Records
Prepare appointment letters and contracts
Maintain employee files and HR databases (HRIS)
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
3. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries
Support conflict resolution and grievance handling
Promote a positive workplace culture
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Support audits and inspections
5. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave records
Ensure compliance with leave policies
6. Payroll & Compensation Support
Coordinate with payroll for salary processing
Verify attendance, overtime, and deductions
