We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Officer to manage and support core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Handle employee relations matters in a professional and confidential manner
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management
Support HR reporting and data analysis
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in an HR role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,571.54 per month
