Roles and Responsibilities:-
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related activities.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
Manage attendance records and assist in payroll coordination.
Handle basic queries from employees regarding HR policies and processes.
Contribute to performance management and training & development initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
A proactive attitude and team spirit.

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
