About the Role:
We are seeking an
HR
with 3-4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR functions and support various people-related initiatives. The candidate should have practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance processes, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees to ensure a smooth start.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support performance review processes and assist in employee development activities.
Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Assist in planning and executing engagement and training initiatives.
Support implementation of HR policies, systems, and procedures.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.
Collaborate with teams and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR tools or software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
