We are a growing jewellery company based in Mumbai, looking for a dynamic and efficient HR Recruiter to handle hiring for various roles such as Accountants, Sales Executives, and Backend Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end hiring for multiple job roles. Source candidates through online platforms (Indeed, WorkIndia, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads. Follow up with candidates to ensure successful onboarding. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records. Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks when required. Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other compliances. Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
