Position Overview



The

HR Manager

at NNIIT will be responsible for

end-to-end human resource management

, including high-volume candidate sourcing, hiring, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, policy-making, performance management,

team handling

, and cost control. This role demands a dynamic leader who can manage 100-150 daily candidate reach-outs, lead the HR team, and ensure HR operations align with company

P&L and long-term growth strategy

.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment



Manage

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Achieve

daily candidate reach-out targets (100-150 per day)

through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, campus drives, etc.). Develop talent pipelines for

teachers, sales, operations, technology, HR, and academic teams

. Lead

candidate hunting strategies

for hard-to-fill and leadership positions.

HR Operations & Employee Management



Oversee

payroll processing, attendance, and compliance

with labor laws. Implement HR policies, guidelines, and employee handbooks. Handle

floor employees

(performance, engagement, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions). Drive

end-to-end employee lifecycle

: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, performance appraisal, and exits (including firing when required).

Lead and manage the HR team

, ensuring performance, productivity, and professional growth.

Strategic HR & Business Partnership



Partner with leadership to ensure HR strategies align with

business goals and company P&L

. Manage

budget forecasting, cost control, and HR expense optimization

across departments. Design and execute

employee retention, motivation, and rewards programs

. Establish

KPIs and performance management systems

.

Requirements



Bachelor's/Master's degree

in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of HR experience

(preferably in EdTech, IT, or high-growth startups). Proven track record in

high-volume hiring

and recruitment strategy. Strong knowledge of

HR operations, payroll, compliance, and policy-making

. Experience in

budget management, P&L, and cost optimization

. Excellent

communication, leadership, team handling, and people management skills

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment

.
