Role Overview

We're looking for an

HR Generalist who also operates as a hands-on Recruiter

. You'll own day-to-day HR operations (attendance, payroll inputs, compliance, HRIS, engagement, performance cycles)

and

lead full-cycle hiring for sales/telecalling and support roles. This is a high-ownership, on-site role for someone who enjoys building systems, closing positions fast, and keeping the employee lifecycle smooth end-to-end.

What You'll DoTalent Acquisition (Approx. 50-60%)

Own

end-to-end recruitment

: JD creation ? sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offers ? pre-joining engagement ? Day-1 onboarding. Deliver

15-20 joins/month

(primarily Sales Executives & Telecallers) with ?70% offer-to-join. Build and maintain an

active Tricity candidate database

; run walk-ins/mega drives/weekend blitz hiring when needed. Source via LinkedIn/Naukri/Apna/Indeed, HR communities/WhatsApp groups, references, campus/skill institutes. Publish weekly hiring dashboards (pipeline coverage, TAT, offer-to-join, Day-1 show-ups, 30/60/90-day retention).
HR Operations & Compliance (Approx. 25-30%)

Manage

HRIS/attendance/leave

, payroll inputs, CTC & letter issuance, employee files. Handle

onboarding & induction

, confirmation, transfers, and

exit/relieving

workflows. Coordinate statutory & policy adherence:

PF/ESI

, Shops & Establishments,

PoSH

processes, and audits in partnership with accounts/compliance. Maintain HR documentation (policies, handbooks, SOPs) and ensure data hygiene.
People Experience & Performance (Approx. 15-20%)

Drive

engagement calendar

, feedback loops, grievance redressal, and culture rituals. Support

performance management

(goal cycles, reviews, PIPs), training nominations, and new-manager enablement. Run HR analytics: hiring funnel, attrition/retention, headcount, attendance trends, and action plans.
Must-Have Qualifications

2-5 years

in HR with solid exposure to

recruitment + HR operations

(preferably in ITES/BPO/telesales/D2C). Proven ability to

close 15-20 joins/month

for frontline roles in Tricity. Hands-on with

ATS + HRMS

(e.g., Zoho/Keka/greytHR) and strong

Excel/Sheets

skills. Working knowledge of

PF/ESI, PoSH, Shops & Establishments

, and HR documentation. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and on-ground hustle for walk-ins/drives.

On-site

in Zirakpur; flexible for occasional weekend hiring drives.
Good to Have

Experience scaling inside-sales/telecalling teams. Campus/vendor management; building hiring communities. Exposure to L&D coordination and PIP frameworks.
