Must-Have Qualifications
2-5 years
in HR with solid exposure to
recruitment + HR operations
(preferably in ITES/BPO/telesales/D2C).
Proven ability to
close 15-20 joins/month
for frontline roles in Tricity.
Hands-on with
ATS + HRMS
(e.g., Zoho/Keka/greytHR) and strong
Excel/Sheets
skills.
Working knowledge of
PF/ESI, PoSH, Shops & Establishments
, and HR documentation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and on-ground hustle for walk-ins/drives.
On-site
in Zirakpur; flexible for occasional weekend hiring drives.
Good to Have
Experience scaling inside-sales/telecalling teams.
