The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy -- from workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role ensures that the organization attracts and retains skilled, high-performing employees aligned with its culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job platforms Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rate, etc.) Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
