Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage hiring for floor staff, supervisors, and support teams.
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Payroll & Attendance
Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll processing.
Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with Kerala labor laws, ESI, PF, and Shops & Establishments Act.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address staff queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
Performance & Training
Support in performance appraisal and feedback processes.
Identify training needs and organize sessions (customer service, sales, teamwork).
HR Administration & Reporting
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.
Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters at the store.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
6 months - 2 years of experience in overall HR operations (Retail / Supermarket / FMCG preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam, English.
Good organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
