Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR)
Experience in HR Management and personnel management
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Excellent understanding of employee benefits and compensation
Experience in managing the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Other beneficial skills and qualifications include attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
