Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures a positive work environment and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring). Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Employee Relations



Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Foster a positive and healthy work culture. Handle disciplinary procedures as per company policy.

HR Operations



Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and exit documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing. Manage HR documentation such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.

Performance Management



Assist in setting performance goals and appraisal processes. Track performance reviews and feedback. Support management in employee development plans.

Policy & Compliance



Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations. Maintain records related to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

Training & Development



Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.

HR Reporting



Prepare HR reports related to attendance, attrition, recruitment, and performance. Support management with HR analytics and insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-5 years of experience in HR (as per role level) Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software Ability to handle confidential information professionally
