The HR Manager will manage day-to-day human resource operations, coordinate with counsellors (key stakeholders), and ensure smooth handling of workforce policies, attendance, and employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate regularly with counsellors and management
Manage employee attendance, records, and documentation
Handle worker leave, holidays, and shift coordination
Draft and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce coordination
Act as the point of contact for employee-related matters
Requirements
Experience in HR operations or factory HR
Strong coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
Organized, responsible, and discreet in handling information
