Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management
Manage training & development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
Handle employee relations and grievance management
Act as a strategic partner to senior management
Support PR activities and represent the company during client visits
Align HR processes with financial and operational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
B.Com graduates preferred
MBA/PGDM in HR/IR is an added advantage
5-10 years of proven HR managerial experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws & HRIS
Excellent communication skills (English fluency required)
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
