Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic
HR professional
who can handle
end-to-end recruitment

team coordination

for multiple departments throughout the year. The role ensures our organization always stays powered by the right talent at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Continuously hire for creative, marketing, event, and operations roles.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Develop and execute HR policies, employee engagement, and retention programs.
Coordinate with management to understand manpower needs and timelines.
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and basic HR documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR and recruitment (preferably in event/media/creative industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Passionate about building strong teams and maintaining a positive work culture.
