Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Human Resource Manager
who can manage end-to-end HR operations while leading
campus hiring initiatives
across colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation, with strong networking skills to build relationships with academic institutions.
Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives across universities and colleges.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various profiles including Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.
Create engaging pre-placement presentations and employer branding campaigns.
Analyze hiring trends and generate campus performance reports.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management in compliance with company policies.
Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS data accuracy.
Implement and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, contests, and surveys.
Support performance evaluation and PIP processes.
Drive recognition programs to boost motivation and retention.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve workplace concerns.
Training & Development
Coordinate with department heads for training needs analysis.
Organize soft skills, technical, and compliance training programs.
Track post-training performance and feedback for improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
HR functions
, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
Proven experience in
campus hiring and institutional relationship management
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR operations and campus recruitment (preferably in EdTech or service-based industry).
Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
