Role Overview:
As an HR Executive / HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle -- from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You'll play a key role in building a strong team culture and supporting the company's growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and support teams.
Create job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
Design and manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, terms & conditions and HR laws.
Handle employee grievances, resolve workplace issues, and maintain healthy employee relations.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication programs.
Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills.
Work closely with management on HR planning and strategic people initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or relevant field.
3-5 years of HR experience in a sales-driven organization or company.
Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment platforms, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
