We are LOOKING FOR LUCKNOW BASED HR Professional WITH A MEDICO INDUSTRY BACKGROUND

INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month (dependent on experience) Full-time role Company mobile provided for official use

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in recruitment activities by screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.

Documentation:

Preparing HR documents, such as offer letters, employee handbooks, and compliance paperwork.

Employee Relations:

Serving as a point of contact for employee questions and assisting with HR-related inquiries and grievances.

Benefits & Payroll:

Providing support for payroll processing, benefits administration, and managing related employee data.

Policy Implementation:

Helping to create, update, and communicate company policies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as Human Resource Assistant or other recruiting-related role,

preferably in healthcare industry.

MBA in HR, Business or relevant field. Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding). Experience of using HR software and social networks for recruiting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding communication skills.
