Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Hire and retain manpower for Sales, Service, Workshop, Accounts, and Support.
Conduct recruitment drives and ensure smooth onboarding/induction.
Training & Development
Organize product, technical, and soft skills training in coordination with OEMs.
Monitor training completion and effectiveness.
Performance Management
Implement KRAs/KPIs and appraisal systems.
Address non-performance with corrective action plans.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Conduct engagement activities and grievance handling.
Maintain discipline, uniform policy, and positive culture.
Payroll & Compliance
Attendance, leave, salary, and incentive processing.
Maintain accurate HR MIS.
Policy & Process Implementation
Develop/update HR policies.
Support internal/external audits and enforce workplace discipline.
Administration & Asset Management

Oversee office administration tasks, workplace decorum, and housekeeping standards.
Monitor usage, allocation, and return of company assets.
Key Skills Required
HR operations, recruitment & compliance knowledge.
Strong communication, people management, and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of payroll, HRMS, and administrative management.
Qualification & Experience
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
1-2 years of HR/Admin experience (preferably in Automobile/Manufacturing sector).
