Job Description

Job Purpose



To manage the

end-to-end Human Resources function

for the automobile dealership/organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, statutory compliance, and administration, ensuring a productive workforce and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities



Manpower Planning & Recruitment

Hire and retain manpower for Sales, Service, Workshop, Accounts, and Support. Conduct recruitment drives and ensure smooth onboarding/induction.

Training & Development

Organize product, technical, and soft skills training in coordination with OEMs. Monitor training completion and effectiveness.

Performance Management

Implement KRAs/KPIs and appraisal systems. Address non-performance with corrective action plans.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

Conduct engagement activities and grievance handling. Maintain discipline, uniform policy, and positive culture.

Payroll & Compliance

Attendance, leave, salary, and incentive processing. Maintain accurate HR MIS.

Policy & Process Implementation

Develop/update HR policies. Support internal/external audits and enforce workplace discipline.

Administration & Asset Management

Ensure proper care and accountability of company property (iPads, laptops, computers, SIM cards, uniforms, etc.). Oversee office administration tasks, workplace decorum, and housekeeping standards. Monitor usage, allocation, and return of company assets.

Key Skills Required



HR operations, recruitment & compliance knowledge. Strong communication, people management, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of payroll, HRMS, and administrative management.

Qualification & Experience



MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. 1-2 years of HR/Admin experience (preferably in Automobile/Manufacturing sector).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
