Key ResponsibilitiesA. Human Resource Management
Identify manpower needs for all departments (Production, Electrical, Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Admin, etc.).
Create
and create improvement plans for underperformers.
Build a
positive work culture
, free from politics, favoritism, or harassment.
Handle
employee issues and conflict resolution
fairly.
B. Process & Policy Management
Study each department's workflow and prepare
SOPs
.
Regularly review and improve processes to remove delays, wastage, and inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws and safety norms
.
Manage contractor labour and check their compliance with rules.
Use
data and reports
to monitor absenteeism, productivity, and quality.
C. Daily / Weekly HR Operations
Check
attendance, leaves, and punctuality
of all employees.
Verify and record
overtime claims
with HOD approvals.
Maintain leave & holiday records.
Prepare weekly reports on
HR metrics, hiring updates, and departmental performance
for MD.
Act as a
bridge between management and staff
for smooth communication.
D. Emergency Tasks
Immediate conflict resolution between employees/departments.
Quick hiring in case of urgent manpower needs.
Handle critical complaints or misconduct issues promptly.
