Proven experience in

Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and labor law compliance
Proficiency in developing HR policies
and delivering impactful
training sessions
Hands-on expertise with Zoho Suite Software
(Zoho People, Payroll, Recruit)
Skilled in
conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently
as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Relevant experience in
IT recruitment and talent acquisition
Master's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
