We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager who will be responsible for leading Talent Acquisition as well as managing HR Operations. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment initiatives to attract the right talent while ensuring smooth HR processes and employee engagement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and networking.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct salary negotiations, reference checks, and ensure smooth joining.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT and cost-per-hire.
HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and labour laws.
Handle performance management process and support managers with appraisals.
Drive employee engagement activities and handle employee relations/grievances.
Maintain HRMIS/employee database with accurate records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, HR practices, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRMS.
