Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations in the outsourcing industry. The role requires strong execution, people management, and compliance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (bulk & lateral hiring)
Complete employee lifecycle management Payroll coordination & attendance tracking Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
Performance management & HR policy implementation
Employee engagement & grievance handling
Client coordination for manpower requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 6-7 years of HR experience
Prior experience in outsourcing / staffing industry preferred
Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,100.86 per month
