About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate or construction industry and possess strong knowledge in recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines for sales, engineering, and site management roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle statutory deductions and filings related to PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records and documentation as per audit requirements.
3. Employee Management & Site Coordination:
Oversee HR operations across multiple project sites.
Address employee queries, grievances, and performance issues.
Drive attendance management, leave policies, and discipline.
Conduct site visits to ensure smooth HR functioning at all locations.
4. Policy Implementation & Culture:
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals.
Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR preferred).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in real estate or construction.
Strong knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, TDS, and compliance handling.
Excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multi-location teams and field staff coordination.
Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS software.
