Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Drive induction programs that align new hires with company culture and values.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through transparent communication and conflict resolution.
Design and implement engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience.
Performance Management:
Lead the performance review cycle, supporting managers in goal setting and feedback delivery.
Identify training needs and coordinate impactful learning & development programs.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with labor laws and startup best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely documentation.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Drive organizational development, change management, and culture-building efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven decision-making.
