Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Post job openings on portals, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Employee Relations
:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive workplace environment to enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management
:
Assist in creating and managing performance review processes..
Handle performance improvement plans when required.
HR Operations
:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Policy Development
:
Draft and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
Review and update policies as per regulatory changes.
Compliance & Reporting
:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations.
Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
Handle employee exits, including resignations and terminations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of 5+ years
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
