Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates via job portals (bulk & contract hiring)
Conduct telephonic and video interviews; assess English communication skills
Handle salary negotiations, onboarding, and training for new joiners
Manage appraisals, employee meetings, and HR notices
Oversee payroll, salary processing, and employee queries
Manage PF, ESI, and ensure labor law compliance
Prepare PPTs for training and recruitment programs
Train and guide HR assistants
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an
HR Manager
(Manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong English communication & presentation skills
Good knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and labor laws
Proficient in HR software / HRMS
Strong leadership and people management skills
