. As our team expands, we are looking for a dedicated
HR Officer
to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
Position Overview
The HR Officer will handle
recruitment
,
attendance
,
employee records
,
interviews
, and basic HR policies. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and able to communicate well with staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment process: job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR database daily.
Handle attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
Prepare employment contracts and necessary documents.
Support management in enforcing company rules and HR policies.
Organize staff meetings, evaluations, and performance reviews.
Address employee issues professionally and maintain discipline.
Coordinate with all departments for smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR reports and submit to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR or office administration preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and data entry.
Organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Good English skills.
