We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee and develop our HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies.
6. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
7. HR Operations: Oversee HR processes, including record-keeping, reporting, and analytics.
