Human Resource Manager for Sri Maha Hostel
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address demands, grievances, or other issues, and provide guidance to management and employees.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs, design training programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coach employees for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Skills:
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases: Familiarity with HR software systems, such as Oracle, Workday, or BambooHR.

Pay: ₹14,150.90 - ₹50,803.51 per month
