Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Develop manpower planning models to support production targets and expansion.
Learning & Development
Design and implement training programs for technical skills, safety, and leadership.
Promote continuous learning and upskilling across all levels.
Performance Management
Drive performance appraisal cycles and competency mapping.
Implement KPIs and productivity-linked reward systems. Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage industrial relations, union negotiations, and grievance redressal.
Foster a positive work culture through engagement programs and communication forums.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, ESI, PF, and other statutory obligations.
Maintain audit readiness and liaise with government authorities as needed.
HR Operations & Systems
Oversee payroll, HRIS, attendance, and leave management systems.
Streamline HR processes for operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
13-18 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and union management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
