Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end hiring for showroom staff (sales, billing, EDP, tailors, etc.) Conduct interviews and coordinate joining formalities Attendance & Payroll: Maintain daily attendance and leave records Assist in preparing payroll in coordination with accounts Employee Relations: Address staff grievances and ensure smooth communication Maintain discipline and handle basic conflict resolution Training & Development: Arrange staff training sessions and monitor performance Maintain skill upgrade records HR Documentation: Manage employee records, ID generation, PF/ESI documentation Ensure compliance with labour regulations ---
