Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR technologies.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution in HR.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
