Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision. Act as a strategic partner to senior management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design. Lead change management initiatives and support cultural transformation.

Talent Acquisition & Management



Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs. Lead talent development, career planning, and retention strategies.

Performance Management



Design and manage a performance management system that promotes continuous feedback, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. Ensure KPIs and performance metrics are aligned across departments.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes. Implement employee engagement strategies and monitor employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations. Develop HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.

Compensation & Benefits



Oversee the design and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs. Benchmark practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.

HR Operations



Oversee payroll, HRIS systems, personnel records, and other HR-related administrative processes. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in HR operations.

Team Leadership



Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth and effectiveness. Establish HR departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR technologies. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution in HR. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in [industry-specific HR, e.g., manufacturing, IT, healthcare]. Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
