Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll processes.
Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
