Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
Drive performance management and appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Support organizational change and HR strategy execution.
Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems accurately.
