We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management while building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Drive employee engagement & grievance handling.
Organize training & development programs.
Manage performance appraisals & KPIs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies.
Support management in strategic HR planning.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.
5+ years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR software.
Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
