Handling end-to-end recruitment process
Posting job openings on job portals & social media
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads
Conducting initial HR interviews / telephonic interviews
Maintaining candidate database and HR records
Assisting in on-boarding and joining formalities
Supporting employee engagement activities
Following up with candidates for interview & joining
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
