Managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exits.
Handling hiring requirements across departments and coordinating with team heads for manpower planning.
Designing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes in line with company culture.
Managing payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and performance review cycles.
Acting as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.
Driving employee engagement initiatives, team bonding activities, and workplace culture building.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal guidelines.
Maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports.
Conducting performance appraisals and supporting leadership in talent development and retention.
Addressing employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Being available during working hours and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
