Job Role:
We are looking for an HR professional to manage hiring, employee support, and office operations. You will help our team grow, keep employees happy, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and onboard new employees for sales, operations, and teaching roles.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll.
Support training and development programs.
Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work culture.
Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed.
Help management with HR reports and office administration.
Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in MBA, HR, Business, or similar field.
1-3 years HR experience.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR tools and payroll is a plus.
Honest, responsible, and team-oriented.
