The HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, documentation, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & OnboardingSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and agencies. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads. Handle onboarding formalities (offer letters, joining kit, documentation, induction).
2. Attendance & HR OperationsMaintain daily attendance and leave records of all employees. Regularly update HR trackers and Google Sheets (attendance, leaves, salary inputs). Coordinate with team leads for daily & monthly reporting compliance.
4. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain employee files and HR documentation in an organized manner. Support PF/ESI registration and compliance-related work.
Assist management with internal audits and policy implementation.
5. Performance & Training SupportEnsure monthly performance updates are taken from all teams. Coordinate training sessions and follow-ups with department heads.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and documentation.
Ability to multitask and handle small HR operations independently.
Positive attitude, confidentiality, and strong work ethics.
Qualifications
: Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / related field.
