Data & Analytics Qualifications & Skills: o MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute. o 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role. o Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
