The role involves driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management within the assigned business unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Partnership 2. Talent Management 3. HR Operations & Compliance 4. Data & Analytics Qualifications & Skills: o MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute. o 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role. o Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
