Electra is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and leadership-driven
HR Manager
to oversee our HR Executive team and ensure the smooth functioning of recruitment, talent pipeline development, and HR operational processes. This role focuses on building and supervising a high-performing HR team that supports the company's growth--especially across tender-based projects, EV charging infrastructure, and technical staffing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding HR Executives, monitoring their performance, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with Electra's future project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Team Leadership & Supervision
Recruit, train, and manage HR Executives and support staff.
Allocate tasks, set daily/weekly goals, and ensure timely completion of recruitment and HR operations activities.
Monitor team performance through periodic reviews, KPI tracking, and structured feedback sessions.
Provide ongoing coaching and problem-solving support to enhance team productivity.
2. Strategic Recruitment Oversight
Lead and supervise end-to-end recruitment activities carried out by the HR Executive team.
Drive bulk hiring and strategic talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles.
Ensure the HR team builds strong talent pipelines for tender-based positions such as EV charger technicians, project engineers, solar experts, and project managers.
Review and approve job descriptions, postings, screening criteria, and selection processes.
3. Tender-Focused Talent Planning
Work closely with the Business Development and Project teams to understand manpower requirements for upcoming tenders.
Oversee preparation of HR-related inputs for tenders, including staffing plans, organizational charts, and cost estimates.
Ensure the HR team maintains an updated "ready-to-deploy" database for technical manpower required for upcoming EV and infrastructure projects.
4. HR Operations, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure HR Executives maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and Database Management System (DMS) entries.
Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and recruitment standards.
Oversee onboarding documentation, verification, ID creation, and policy communication for all new hires.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Performance Management & Culture Building
Support department heads in resolving HR-related queries, employee relations concerns, and performance issues.
Drive performance review processes and ensure accurate reporting by HR Executives.
Promote a professional, disciplined, and collaborative work environment across the HR team.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum
4-6 years
of total HR experience.
At least
2 years of experience in team leadership or HR Manager/Senior HR roles

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹39,500.00 per month
