Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to ensure fair and equitable pay structures.
Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve employee disputes and grievances.
Promote a positive work environment and foster strong employee morale.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Facilitate goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
Coordinate and deliver employee training sessions.
Support career development initiatives.
Inter-Team Collaboration and Communication:
Facilitate meetings and communication between different teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
Act as a liaison to improve cross-functional understanding and efficiency.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Ensure all HR practices adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
People Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff (if applicable).
Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
[10+] years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least [Y+] years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Digital Marketing and Sales and Marketing Domain.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Experience with organizational development and change management.
