The role requires a hands-on, people-first professional who can align HR practices with Firgun's culture and operational goals, while ensuring compliance and strong documentation across all HR functions.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Coordinate monthly manpower planning with department heads.
Draft, update, and publish job descriptions across hiring platforms.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation, and offer rollouts.
Maintain a recruitment pipeline and ensure closure within TAT.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare and execute the new hire onboarding checklist.
Conduct formal induction sessions and assign mentors.
Set up employee profiles in systems and ensure first-week touchpoints.
Issue confirmation letters post probation reviews.
3. Employee Data & Documentation Management
Maintain accurate and confidential employee master sheets and digital files.
Ensure all contracts, ID proofs, and documentation are updated and audit-ready.
Manage documentation renewals, expiry alerts, and internal HR paperwork.
4. Attendance, Leave & Time Management
Monitor daily attendance through biometric/manual logs.
Track and manage leave forms, weekly offs, and shift adjustments.
Share weekly attendance reports with relevant stakeholders.
5. Performance Management
Ensure regular circulation and collection of KPI/KRA sheets.
Track performance reviews, probation evaluations, and appraisals.
Support underperformance interventions and development plans.
6. Employee Relations & Culture Building
Serve as the first point of contact for grievances or feedback.
Conduct regular check-ins and organize team engagement activities.
Celebrate employee milestones and promote a transparent, joyful culture.
7. Payroll Coordination & Compliance
Submit payroll inputs to finance (attendance, leave, penalties) by the 25th of every month.
Maintain confidential CTC records and coordinate reimbursements.
Ensure all employee documentation meets local labor laws.
8. Training & Development (L&D)
Identify monthly training needs and coordinate role-specific L&D sessions.
Maintain training feedback and attendance records.
Track upskilling across teams and departments.
9. Exit & Offboarding Management
Conduct exit interviews and manage formal offboarding.
Coordinate handovers and F&F processing with accounts and reporting managers.
Document exit learnings and feedback.
