Experience: 5-10 years in Infrastructure, Mining, Hotels, or the Automobile industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, payroll, compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws), and attendance.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and enforce discipline.
- Coordinate training, staff welfare, and handle grievances.
- Oversee performance management and exit procedures.
- Maintain documentation and MIS reports.
- Liaise with the government for labour and compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and multi-site HR operations.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
