Experience:
4-8 years (HR generalist)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily work of in-person and remote employees
Track start time, working hours, task progress, and
EOD reports
Ensure accountability, productivity, and follow-ups
Define and track
KPIs
, performance reviews, and appraisals
Handle penalties, warnings, and escalations for non-performance
Manage hiring, onboarding, exits, and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, leaves, salary inputs, and HR MIS
Support payroll calculations, incentives, and deductions
Ensure labour law compliance and internal HR policies
Use HRMS, CRM, and productivity tools effectively
Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on HR operations experience
Proven ability to manage and monitor remote teams
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Comfortable using HR software, CRMs, and tracking tools
Clear communication, firm decision-making, and ownership mindset
