Urgently require AM HR who have 05 to 07 year of experience in HR to handle the overall plant related activities. Preference Male (Sikh) and exposure from automobile industry only.
Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations in the plant.
Handle overall gamut of payroll and adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI etc.).
Handle joining formalities, induction, credential verification and HR record-keeping for audits.
Assist in disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and maintaining workplace ethics and compliance.
Monitor manpower planning, deployment to meet service requirements effectively in the plant.
Handle training and development.
Maintain and implemented HR policies & SOPs in the plant.
Good knowledge about IATF,SHE and System Audits.
Handle and maintain records for HR audits.
Liaise with statutory bodies for compliance-related documentation and inspections.
Qualification: MBA HR or MSW
Skills Require: Good communication and computer Skills.
