Handle

end-to-end recruitment

(sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) for travel and immigration also we have call center so HR need to hire team for that as well. Coordinate with department heads for

manpower planning

Manage

employee records, attendance, leaves & HR documentation

Implement and monitor

HR policies, SOPs & compliance

Handle

employee engagement, grievances & performance tracking

Assist in

training, appraisal & retention strategies

Ensure discipline and positive work culture in the organization

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹49,779.29 per month
