We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive/HR Manager
to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end
recruitment
, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct
onboarding
, documentation, and induction for new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and HR databases.
Manage
employee queries
, grievances, and support positive employee relations.
Assist in
payroll processing
, leave management, and monthly HR reports.
Ensure compliance with
company policies
, HR procedures, and labour laws.
Organize employee engagement activities and office events.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Assist with performance reviews and appraisal processes.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in HR (minimum
1 year / as per requirement
).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and HR software (preferred).
Understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
